The oppotunity

This is not your typical Custumer Service role! This is an opportunity for you to create, drive and implement high impact initiatives in a fast-growing business.

  • Support Sinch platforms and applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Investigate problems and provide creative solutions to several kinds of issues
  • Interact with our clients to solve their problems
  • Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across our messaging platforms
  • Lead and participate in customer facing calls helping to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details
  • Identify repetitive problems and generate automated solutions
  • Document procedures and share the knowledge with the team
  • Collect logs and information necessary to request support from other teams, such as Engineering, Infrastructure and Development

The Customer Service area is very important for the entire company. Here, we work with our customers satisfaction, solving problems and helping them with their doubts. We give support to various conversational platforms, like sending SMS, WA, Instagram, RCA, ABC or communication using ChatBots. Being able to contact with different customers is a unique opportunity to learn about all the solutions and business model of the company.
Our diverse and multicultural team, with people from Brazil and other Latin American countries, offers the opportunity to develop technical knowledge in technology about Bot, SMS, WA and integrations with many other channels.

How I can contribute with this job?

  • A real passion for and proven experience of supporting technology across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Know how to handle a big amount of data and configuration files on Linux.
  • Understand and use Shell-Script (Bash) for daily activities
  • Know how to work with JSON files
  • Create the WOW factor in customer experience with great solutions and good service for our internal and external clients.
  • Domain at least one language like: Python, Ruby, php, Perl, JavaScript or Java
  • Database: Solid knowledge in SQL Postgres, SQL Server, (Desirable Big Query)
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP networks (focus on troubleshooting)
  • Experience supporting REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with issue trackers like Jira
  • Knowledge in GitHub and Jenkins
  • Knowledge in support of cloud servers and containers

  • Knowledge on database
  • Eager to learn new things
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work with queuing protocols

Differentials:

  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
  • Knowledge of basic network design, and security
  • Experience supporting Java execution environment
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Experience in visualizing data in Kibana
  • Knowledge of bots and integrations with WhatsApp
