Jr. Account Executive- Public Relations- Brand

We are looking for an Jr. Account Executive to support our Account Executives in managing consumer accounts. You will help plan and execute projects in ways that meet clients’ needs. In this role, you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential. If you also have experience with project management and account service, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure we provide excellent service to our customers.

• Support in customer specific events
• Support in administrative processes.
• Calendarization and administration of appointments, meetings, minutes and itineraries.
• Creation and updating of databases.
• Development and distribution of press releases, letters, fact sheets, corporate biographies, newsletters and reports.
• Monitoring of media and digital coverage related to the client and their industry.
• Qualitative assessment of media coverage generated by the client.
• Monitoring of the relationship with influencers related to the industry
• Assist in delivering presentations to clients
• Submit regular status reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Account Executive,in traditional and digital public relations, with a focus on consumer accounts
• Knowledge of research methods
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
• Creative, outgoing, easy to speak, proactive, teamwork, work under pressure, wanting to work, learn and grow.
• Savvy on the topic of influencers, media, social networks
• advanced english level
