Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated customer support expert to join our growing team. Our new Support Specialist will be offering our clients the best assistance to the queries and issues they might have.

• Answer all client queries through the client support system and perform necessary actions as requested by clients
• (through tickets, live chat, etc.)
• Forward technical issues to the development department, if their assistance is needed for solving clients’ queries
• Follow up on pending issues/requests
• Report any suspicious activity to Compliance amp; Finance
• Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation checks submitted by the clients
• Monitor, approve or reject client payment to and from the trading platform
• Update the company FAQ answers to increase the department’s productivity and efficiency
• Use and actively provide feedback on the platform(s) used to interact with customers
• Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality and speed of our Customer Support
• Perform any additional task in relation to client support, customer relationship management, client education, as deemed necessary

Requirements

• Experience working in a client or customer support position
• Ability to work based on flexible schedules - be ready to work on the evenings or weekends
• The ability to keep cool and maintain patience during difficult client interactions, working within a stressful environment
• Well mannered, detail oriented, self-organized, proactive and punctual
• Reliability and possession of a high attention to detail
• Full professional proficiency in the English-language (any other language on top of this will be considered a plus)
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain
