Job Description
Nolte is looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Build high-quality experiences for a variety of different products across many different industries. The quality of our users’ experience matters to us, it should matter to you too.
- Collaborate with the product team, our client, and the vendors involved in the project. You won’t be told what to do, you will use your creativity to tell us how to best meet the client’s objectives.
- Lead Nolte’s front-end practice, providing guidance to other engineers in the team.
- Have opportunities to lead engineers. We are a small team, but rapidly growing. There will be chances to grow your responsibilities with us.
About You
- You have experience in similar roles, most likely at a company which values high-quality user experiences.
- You have at least 8 years in technology (mostly front-end), or you have the skills to appear like you have.
- You have deep knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript, CSS and HTML. You can write high-quality code.
- You know how the web works in general, e.g. you know about SEO techniques and how browsers work.
- You have proven skills building interactive experiences with a good understanding of animation techniques.
- You have an eye for good design, great problem solving skills and are a critical thinker. You are borderline obsessive about implementing perfect experiences.
- You understand the principles of user experience and UI design, and know-how to communicate with designers, clients and fellow engineers.
- You live in Mexico and can communicate well in Spanish and English. Nolte is committed to developing Mexican talent and to building one of the leading engineering organizations in the country. This is your chance to play a major part in Mexico’s digital growth.
