The Product - Acquisition team is responsible for creating the best purchase experience for our potential students with the goal of maximizing our enrollment rate. In order to achieve this, we have a growth mindset and we use data as our main driver for decision making.
Description
Your goal will be to understand in depth our users’ needs and habits and our conversion funnel in order to find ways to grow our enrollment rate. To achieve this, you’ll focus on research, analysis and insight recollection, and you’ll use your creativity to propose new initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Track core business metrics related to student acquisition
- Generate reports and analyses in order to identify feature opportunities
- Identify customer usage patterns to improve journeys
- Understand how user interactions translate to insights that help shape the strategy and development of our products
- Identify unmet customer needs through research, data analysis, and user experience analysis and testing
- Work with our UX and Tech teams to build new features and improve existing ones
Requirements
Education: Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering
Required Experience: 1+ years of experience in Product Management (not exclusive); experience in Growth Marketing is a plus

- Proven experience improving customer acquisition
