The ultimate task of the Account Management department is to take on the guiding role in the customer journey of each Closed Won account in the company and to ensure a smooth ride from the onboarding process to the payment letter and beyond. The AM must become the client's trusted consultant by demonstrating a delivery of real value to their business. Must also become the company's liaison to achieve Customer Success, this last represented in: Successful funding, Revenue Growth and Customer Retention.
