About the role...
Your responsabilities will be:
- Paid Digital Strategy You will lead and contribute to strategy for your portfolio clients, facilitating workshops, reviewing specialist deliverables for meeting standards set by the Paid Media Director and documenting and improving best practice.
- Client Leadership You will develop strong client relationships and ensure we are always aligned and delivering on their business needs. This will include facilitating WIPs and ad hoc meetings, communicating clearly on performance KPIs and agreed deliverables met to the team, and completing proactive monthly and quarterly detailed planning for your client portfolio.
- Paid Digital Growth You will identify new growth opportunities and re-contracts within your client portfolio and support the Paid Digital Director and Strategy Director in creating courageous strategies that will fulfil client objectives, backing that with insight, analysis and paid media forecasts and flighting.
- Paid Digital Investment Management You will be responsible for managing the build of new and existing search, social, programmatic accounts ensuring a high level of detail is observed and we are aligned to the customer brief. This includes project managing at a campaign level, owning and managing campaign execution end-to-end: implementing, reporting and optimising (across bidding, targeting, landing pages, keywords, content, creative and more)
- Leadership You will support Directors and assist in managing paid digital specialists to ensure account deliverables follow the agency standard (reporting, optimisation / bidding tactics, copywriting, landing pages, quality checks...etc), reviewing reports to provide added insights and Identify areas for account improvement and feed-back
Requirements
- Advanced or bilingual english level
- 5+ years experience in paid digital media management
- You may have recently worked as a Senior Performance Media Specialist or Strategist
- You have a deep understanding of Google Ads Management (Search, Display, Video)
- You have programmatic buying and management experience (e.g. one or more of DV360 SA 360, Skai/Kenshoo, Dataxu, TradeDesk)
- You have a deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram Business Manager
- You have a deep understanding of Google Analytics, as well as best practice GTM and visualisation Google Data Studio
- You have experience working with eCommerce or SaaS/technology brands (either in house or as clients)
- You have strong project and client management and leadership skills and can demonstrate commercial acumen and executive presence
- You've explored a range of other media buying channels (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and other direct buys)
- You have a strong understanding of the digital eco-system and competitor landscape
