As a Lead Front-End Developer on our team, you will lead a talented team of engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong engineer looking to take on management challenges while keeping their coding skills sharp.
Responsibilities
- Lead the web team to plan, organize and implement changes in our Front End code.
- Establish your team's KPI's and oversee everyday tasks.
- Design and implement changes in the architecture of our various sites.
- Come up with better ways to increase speed and performance on working projects.
- Keep updated the technologies that we used for our sites and propose new ones.
- Align front-end web team's workflow with company's OKR's.
- Encourage code best practices.
Requirements
- Experience leading front-end teams.
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer (preferably with React).
- Unit testing amp; e2e testing.
- Experience working with multiple APIs in a single project.
- Knowledge of Module Bundlers like Webpack.
- Adaptable, can switch tasks quickly and easily.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Great communication skills to interact with people from your team and others, such as Marketing, Product, etc.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
