About the RoleThis role will ensure alignment between Partners (Universities) and Emeritus LATAM, as well as coordinate execution of outreach, marketing, and delivery against plan for each Partner.The list of current programs is available atlatam.emeritus.org
Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage the Pamp;L (profits amp; losses) for a portfolio of non-degree programs.You will also be responsible for discovering market opportunities, developing new products to address these opportunities, bringing them to market and drive revenue and EBIT. You will work with the LATAM Outreach, Marketing and Operations teams, as well as the certificate line of business team, to deliver on these responsibilities.You will be seen to be succeeding in your role if you are able to demonstrate growth of enrolments in the set of programs you manage, by discovering significant market opportunities and then developing and offering programs to tap into these opportunities. We expect enrolments to scale rapidly.Drive enrolments for a portfolio of programs, by working closely with Marketing and Sales TeamsBuilding new Programs and enhance existing programs with price, markets, value-proposition, and other differentiators.Help build dashboards and generate insights, towards driving enrolment as well as to drive marketing/ advisory team performance.Managing the Pamp;L of multiple programs, with revenue responsibility of USD 8 - 10 Million.Discover global market opportunity for programs: through understanding trends in the learning market, understanding the offerings of our existing University partners, discovering new University partners who we can partner, etc.Interact with our School partners in ensuring a successful program launch and delivery.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience in Digital Marketing / certifications.Experience in B2C (consumer).Experience in service/educational services.Program Launches: Experience of products (services) launched and their market fit/revenues.Scaling: Experience of scaling a product by identifying under-served market opportunities.Sales amp; Marketing: Experience of driving sales amp; marketing for products with revenue goals.Analytics: Proven experience to make data-driven decisions impacting top-line and bottom-line and love towards numbers!Innovation/Collaboration: Examples of having driven innovative projects to success by working with diverse teams.MBA from a reputed school is preferred.En Emeritus, nuestra visión es hacer que la educación de clase mundial sea accesible y asequible para los profesionales trabajadores de todo el mundo.
