As a Director of Enterprise at WePay, you are responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales across enterprise portfolio managed by a team of individual contributors. The candidate will serve as the primary business leader for enterprise by ensuring retention, growth and client satisfaction.Strong account planning framework and business development skills are required in order to close complex opportunities and outline account plan strategies focused on revenue achievement.Collaboration with your extended business partners in integration, technical account management, marketing, product and banking colleagues will be critical to the success of enterprise portfolio. You operate with the highest ethical standards, maintain a positive attitude and strive for excellence.As a Director for Enterprise, you will also be called upon to lead or participate in cross-functional programs to establish new processes, help with new product launches and/or create operational efficiencies.You can expect to travel 30% - 40% of the time.What You Will Do:
- Manage a team direct reports responsible for enterprise client relationships with a focus on growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and collaborate scalable partner launch management processes and procedures that support operational efficiency towards in year revenue forecast with sales team.
- Lead multiple opportunities concurrently in different business development stages towards a goal of closed won on new business opportunities prior to end of fiscal year.
- Experience developing budgets, forecasts and managing towards achievement.
- Design and execute a clear integrated partner payment strategy with internal teams including marketing, sales, product and finance.
- Responsible for coaching, training, motivating team members while fostering knowledge sharing and innovation of best practices to manage clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10 or more years focused on enterprise partner client management with emphasis on B2B(business-to-business), healthcare, home field services, retail and restaurant verticals.
- Strong working knowledge of payments (card present and card not present), as well as SaaS environment, is desired.
- Thought leader with a solid understanding of key performance drivers, as well as platform dynamics in the marketplace.
- Awareness to prioritize opportunities and tasks that add the highest value towards revenue achievement.
- Strategizing to establish and expand meaningful relationships with senior executives.
- Owning responsibility on multiple business opportunities, budget planning, manage projects and utilization of account planning tools
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, analytical, verbal and written skills
- A bachelor’s degree with a strong preference for a master’s of business administration (MBA)
