POSITION: Office Manager RESPONSIBLE TO: Clinical Research ManagerRANGE: $18.60-$21.60 per hour
SUMMARY: The Manager will establish and maintain a professional, supportive, and caring environment for staff, patients, and community members at PPRM’s Las Cruces location. The Manager will focus on creating a welcoming environment, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining efficient operations. Position is full-time, hourly and non-exempt.QUALIFICATIONS: Education• High school degree or equivalent.Experience and Skills• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.• At least 3 years of management experience strongly preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Achieve goals independently with a low level of supervision• Provide excellent customer service • Demonstrate and facilitate excellent communication • Proactively, collaboratively, and positively lead change• Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture• Employ critical thinking skills• Implement and improve processes• Maintain regulatory compliance• Demonstrate efficient time managementESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Welcomes and supports patients receiving in-person and/or telehealth care at PPRM Las Cruces• Manages front desk operations, incoming deliveries, office supply management, and general office duties.• Track all asset and inventory functions, including equipment such as copy machines, phones, IT infrastructure, etc.• Ensures compliance with regards to city building/business requirements and regulatory and operational policies• Coordinates incident reporting• Assesses facility needs and coordinates cleanliness, maintenance, and improvements• Works to foster positive and productive communication and culture with and among staff, patients, and community members• Serve as on site point of contact for vendors, support IT functions, and coordinate routine building maintenance• Liaises with local law enforcement• Handles and tracks community complaints• Orders and receives supplies for health center• Prepares regular financial reports for submission to accounting• Intervenes and deescalates in upsetting situations• Maintains health center security system• Communicates regularly on successes, needs, obstacles, and recommendations.• Performs other duties as assigned.Participates in abortion services (participation can include referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc.)COVID-19 Vaccine: PPRM is joining our partners in public health across our region and county, as well as many other Planned Parenthood affiliates, by requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for all staff.
