As our new AE you will:
- Work in the SaaS area with Messenger People product from Sinch;
- Receive an SQL and schedule a discovery call;
- Develop Discovery of opportunities in Customers, identifying how our product can help the Customer's demand related to conversational processes and conversational channels;
- Run a diagnosis and provide a demo;
- Make value offers according to the understanding of the problem and the interests of each Customer;
- Be able to provide the customer with valuable insights;
- Help the customer make a decision;
- Schedule the integration and onboarding call;
- Monitor the progress of processes in the CRM meeting the KPI's in the area;
- Organization and structuring of analytical controls to monitor the evolution of the opportunity funnel.
Requirements
In order to contribute to this role, you have:
- Experience in the B2B market;
- Experience in the technology industry;
- Great communication;
- Proactivity;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to manage demands and deliveries in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving processes;
- Ability to correlate information and data.
