IT Project Manager (SAP System Integration)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the team managing the finance transformation program at a global company. This is a highly responsible and pro-active role requiring hands-on experience. It will demand constant interaction with vendors and senior stakeholders while managing multiple workstreams. This role suits a person with a strong Project Management and prior technical experience in delivering complex system integration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understands and adheres to business process and information requirements, gains unit commitment, and delivers effective business process and system changes
• Working across several Service Lines, determines system functional requirements and completes design in line with overall project aims
• Oversees the build and delivery of the business applications through the Development teams
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the relevant business area to aid in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements
• Analyzes the business and systems impact of the solution and plans the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution
• Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources during development, implementation and nurturing phases
• During the build and implementation phases, carries out activities to configure software packages and/or manage technical resources or vendors
• Delivers solutions which are quality and functionally tested, with supporting project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements
• Utilizes the Project Management for planning resources, project milestones and risks
• Support client through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in It with advanced knowledge of S4 Hana
• Strong Project Management experience
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
