Job Description
About The Role: WePay is growing and looking for a Program Operations Associate to join the Program and Portfolio management team. In this impactful role you will support the Program team and interface with partner teams (Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) to make it more efficient by streamlining processes and managing/analyzing data and technology. What We Are Looking For:- Streamline and ongoingly enhance communication within the product, program and engineering teams and with other parts of the company.
- Be a thought partner in nurturing a collaborative and open culture within and between teams.
- Coordinate and drive our bi-monthly major Initiative meeting and manage follow-up communications.
- Utilize effective communication methodologies to report on projects, and help drive change and evolve our processes.
- Maintain and publish roadmap, OKR and product reporting along with change management practices.
- Creation of presentation materials in collaboration with Program/Product Leadership
- Facilitate strategic and tactical planning by supporting program, product and engineering teams with SmartSheets and Jira.
- Product / Program Team Confluence Portal facilitation.
- Develop and own reporting that provides transparency into key metrics amp; product development and proactively identify opportunities to maximize the team’s effectiveness.
- Adhoc data analysis projects consolidating data using Google Sheets.
What We Are Looking For:- Proven experience manipulating/analyzing data and information to drive business results, provide compelling recommendations that inform effective decision making.
- Cross-functional project management experience with a SaaS or Fintech company ideally working within a product management organization.
- Self-starters comfortable working with high autonomy in coordination with product / engineering leads.
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent tasks simultaneously.
- An effective collaborator with engaging interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A problem solver, adept at navigating the gray areas, asking the right questions and making data-driven recommendations.
- A team player willing to roll up their sleeves and dive in at various stages of projects and help where needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Experience within the payments or fin-tech landscape would be a plus and/or a passion for our space.
- Lead by example and help build a culture of collaboration, innovation, urgency and accountability.
- Strong Excel / Google sheets experience
