We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the build of innovative payments and SaaS products and platforms that power our customers' next-generation payments needs. You will work closely with engineering and a broad set of internal teams to develop, implement and scale our products while providing the best possible customer experience and mitigating the associated risks. You will be responsible for aligning what the customer wants with what the team is producing. Your primary job will be to work as a bridge between the business and the technical team, looking for gaps and analyzing impact.
Requirements
2+ years experience as an Analyst in a technical and data-intensive environment.Bachelor's degree, preferably on the technical side in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, Athena, MySQL).Ability to take initiative and find creative and scalable ways to solve problems.SaaS or Payments experience preferred.Experience in defining problem spaces and aligning groups to drive execution.Highly independent and motivated to get into the weeds.Passion for building and mastering complex technical concepts.Thrives in unstructured environments and brings order to chaos.
Responsibilities
Interacting with product, engineering, and various other teams to deeply understand their needs, and translate those into product requirements.Design, test, implement and monitor the market for new or existing solutions that can enhance our products.Perform analysis on customer behavior, strategies, and performance to draw insights and propose applicable changes.Deliver real-time service and coordination to various business functions at our organization.Managing multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside engineering, and ensuring the delivery of product/feature releases.Benefits
