We are currently looking for an Account amp; Project Manager who is responsible for leading a team in a matrix fashion to streamline and optimize new client onboarding operations and drive our client engagement strategies to impact business performance. This role is responsible for the management and attention of the Kuona client base, as well as the care and growth of the relationship with clients and/or key accounts. This position is fully remote We are only going to consider candidates with previous experience working in the Food and Beverage industry / Consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Responsibilities
The person in this role is in charge of the onboarding process for new clients (time planning, coordination of meetings for alignment and data transfer, initial training, and start of activities).Follow-up on requests for new developments in the tool (internal feasibility reviews, time planning).Coordinates and prioritizes activities and times for inclusion in each iteration with the engineering team.Participates in the definition of new developments to add value to the SaaS tool, as well as monitors and resolves problems in ongoing projects.Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress.Research, analyze, and diagnose customer issues and requests; escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of progressPrepare and distribute weekly progress reportsAssist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their workMaintains and grows relationships between the company and clients; works closely with other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction on all levels.Works across multiple teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.Successfully manage the relationship with the client, both internal and external, and all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Benefits
