Produce Pay is a well-funded and fast-growing startup looking for a Rockstar Latin American Sales Trainer to join our enablement group. You will be responsible for leading and delivering our on-boarding program, coaching new hires, delivering product training, and facilitating sales skills workshops for the ProducePay sales and sales support teams. These teams are responsible for driving trading and financial services deals within our digital marketplace.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare new commercial sales reps by conducting bootcamp on the ProducePay portfolio of services and sales process, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling drive-alongs with senior representatives.
- Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees
- Observe sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
- Coordinates with enablement program owners and sales managers.
- Structure training plans to meet financial objectives.
- Hires and onboard new sales trainees.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
- Conduct needs assessments, build training curriculum, facilitate workshops, and manage 3rd party training partners
- Occasional travel throughout the region to provide onsite training and coaching
- Provide 1:1 coaching for sales staff as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
- In possession of certifications in sales training
- Experience with all aspects of sales training: needs assessment, building lessons and job aides, selecting vendors, working with SMEs, and facilitation
- A passion for helping people improve and perform
- A successful track record of developing internal relationships with learners, managers, partners, and SMEs
- Strong ability to adapt your training style to learners’ needs
- Comfortable delivering candid feedback in a professional manner
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, in different regions and on different timelines
- Ability to see the big picture and to work with sales staff in a productive, practical and constructive way
- Ideal candidates are fluent in English, and Spanish
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience with building and developing teams
