Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Be a student or a graduate of the following careers:
- Linguistics Applied to the Teaching and Translation of English
- Degree in Communication Sciences
- Journalism and Media
- Philosophy and Letters

- Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism every day.
- Be able to work remotely and in an office when required, collaboratively and independently.
- Show awareness and sensitivity to the needs/concerns of individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and orientations.
- Be an engaging resume writer and English interviewer.
- Excellent client services skills.
Internship Eligibility:
- All students must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work towards goals on an individual and team level.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task competing responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- An understanding of the IT industry and job functions.
- Knowledge of various resume formats and the ability to work on an online resume builder.
- Experience as a resume writer or willingness to do so.
- Experience interviewing candidates or desire to do so.
Work Environment:
- This internship is remote. The job requires a working, reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Consider that sometimes you must come to the office in Monterrey, N.L.
Program:
- All candidates must be available for a minimum period of 6 months.
- All candidates must be willing to work 20 hours/week or commit to delivering the week's projects on time.
- We can also consider you for a full-time position.
What You'll Do
- Providing resume critiques according to to resume best practices.
- Editing and rewriting existing resumes.
- Writing resumes from scratch with candidate-provided data.
- Translating resumes from Spanish to English.
- Direct interaction with candidates as necessary by phone and email.
- Content creation for resume summaries.
- Interviewing candidates and writing down reports and evaluations.
- Get involved in the team's services, such as Effective Communication courses, translating, writing communications, etc.
