USA Clinics Group is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team! USA Clinics Group is a multistate, multispecialty, care provider with over 200 clinics across the nation. The successful candidate will thrive in a high energy, tech savvy, multitasking environment. Revenue Cycle Supervisor will collaborate with physicians, SVP of Revenue Cycle, and other members of the management team. They will serve as a critical link between providers, payers, and patients; and will directly oversee and manage the following employees:
- Billers
- Administrative staff and clerks
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Revenue Cycle Department functions including collections, cash posting and billing.
- Provide assistance to providers, clinical support staff and billing staff regarding documentation and coding requirements to support a compliant and accurate billing practice.
- Overseeing the hiring and training of staff.
- Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of billing and collections.
- Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
- Monitor all KPI’s and improve automations workflow.
- Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of government and third-party payer billing regulations and guidelines
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure that charts are sealed in a timely manner
- Managing the billing cycle to ensure all claims are billed accurately and on time
- Develop SOP’s and develop and oversee the training program
- Collaborate with the US based counterpart
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in healthcare billing.
- Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have Visa and able to travel
