The Renewals Support Coordinator plays an active role in assisting our Sales team with pricing and forecasting our renewal sales opportunities. The Renewals Support Coordinator strives to provide timely and accurate renewal quotes to customers and accurate renewal order forecasting to management. The Renewals Support Coordinator role will also be responsible for order follow up, pipeline forecasting, quoting ad hoc operational assistance as needed.
Reports to: Sales Operations Renewals Specialist
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with partners to get accurate cost quotes and turn around customer facing quotes
- Build partner and distributor relationships in order to get timely and accurate pricing
- Build customer relationships to ensure all quotes are accurate and meet the customers needs
- Use QuoteWerks to create customer renewal quotes
- Work closely with Sales Reps to update Salesforce data and provide accurate forecasting to management
- Put together reports based on renewal order KPI’s
- Assist the Sales Operations Renewals Specialist with order follow up
- Ad Hoc Operations Assistance
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong mathematical skills
- Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills
- 1+ Salesforce experience
