Here at USA Clinics Group, we are looking for a motivated team member to join our Recruiting Department as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, you will primarily focus on the day-to-day support of the recruiting team and new hire requests across our clinics in the United States. This includes arranging interviews across different locations and time zones, supporting candidate onboarding activities and navigating different processes, tools and technologies, all while enhancing the candidate experience and building partnerships across the broader Talent Acquisition team!
What you'll do:
- Provide high quality customer service to the recruiting team, candidates and Hiring Managers
- Quality check and post internal and external job postings
- Coordinate interview details with candidates, ensuring they have the information necessary for interviews
- Track and manage new hire start dates and communications
- Enter, update and maintain data integrity in recruitment tools
- Develop and implement training programs
- Track metrics for hiring new candidates and employee performance
Requirements
7+ years of recruiting experience required2+ years of supervisor experience managing a team to meat deadlinesExperience tracking metrics and reporting to managementEfficient time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple high priority projectsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) a mustHigh sense of urgency and capability to meet high demands when necessaryBusiness process oriented with a focus on facilitating and improving team collaborationAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team to find solutions, achieve results and deliver a great, effective and efficient serviceDesire to challenge and develop your skillset on an ongoing basisBenefits
