Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized social media and design
specialist to join our design team. The ideal candidate must be proactive,
work well with a team, have strong attention to detail, and be able to present
visual information and create new graphic elements that adhere to the
current corporate image. This social media and design specialist will be
responsible for social media posts, internal communication, scheduling social
media events and content, attending to congratulations, and creating
internal presentations, among other activities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the company's social networks, including planning, content, and
posting on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Creating, editing, and organizing content and video for social networks
adhering to the corporate image.
- Structuring and writing content.
- Keeping up-to-date on social media trends and digital marketing
developments.
- Follow up on birthday greetings, anniversaries, and special events.
- Work on event scheduling and planning, including creating internal
presentations.
Requirements:
- Creativity for social media content creation.
- Previous experience in social media management and design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After
Effects (desired, but not required).
- Knowledge of the use of platforms such as SharePoint and Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with a team and collaborate to achieve common goals.
- Ability to organize time and work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present attractive and coherent
visual information.
