Requirements
Primary contact to resolve Driver app training for Mexico drivers problems reported to the Help Desk by phone, e-mail, or in personProvide Driver app call support for US amp; Mexico driversParticipate in projects to facilitate improvements to business processes and/or infrastructureResponsible for IT asset tracking, assist with selection of new hardware, and evaluation of new softwareProvide support for mobile devices and other equipment used for data collection in production areasResponsible of provide support Carrier portal, Carrier app technical supportTraining and support Mexican carriers on portal usage
Education
College diploma or university degree in computer science or business commercial a min. of 3 year equivalent working experience as a Driver support
Skills
3 or more years recent IT Operations supportFamiliar with various computer, app, portals.Experience with Remote/Home office support challengesStrong time management skills, able to multitask and set prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously with people at all levels within the organization and be customer-focusedFine attention to detail and quality of workSolid problem solving and root cause analysis skillWilling to occasionally travel to remote sites as requiredFlexibility to work in different shift and after hours6-day work scheduleBenefits
