Job Description
Centrient Pharmaceuticals is the leading manufacturer of beta-lactam antibiotics and a provider of next generation statins and antifungals. We produce and sell intermediates, active pharmaceutical. ingredients and finished dosage forms. We are looking for a Director Finance amp; Control, who will be responsible for establish and implement the business strategy together with the other members of the MT in order to maximize the sustainable profit.
The ideal candidate must be strong in directing, supervising, and developing all financial, purchasing, IT and legal activities of the company in order to achieve the objectives set out in the operational and business plans, in full compliance with the relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company with MT members within the boundaries defined in the companys by laws.
- Financial management
- Internal control and audits
- Establish effective IT organization.
- Corporate legal affairs
Requirements
Master’s in business economics. MBA or MF.
HR, strategic management, negotiation skills, update professional knowledge constantly.
IT proficient.
Excellent verbal and written.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Bi-lingual communication.
Minimally the most recent 10 years of work experience in financial management amp; control / Experience in corporate laws and managing different culture.
