About your role

As the Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) at Baubap, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and distributing content for our organization. You will work closely with different departments and external vendors to ensure that the content meets their requirements and aligns with the overall marketing and business strategies. Your primary objective will be to manage high-quality content that engages our target audience and enhances our brand image in the following touchpoints with consumers: social media channels, PR, influencers.

  1. Develop social media strategies: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will work with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  2. Manage social media accounts: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  3. The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will be in charge of the development and launch of highly effective PR campaigns designed to drive interest and coverage for Baubap. You will handle day-to-day communications with clients and media and stay on track of deliverables, working closely with our PR agency
  4. The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of influencer campaigns to improve brand’s awareness and consideration, and will work closely with the Growth team to make sure we reach the numbers performance-wise.
  5. Engage with customers: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will collaborate effectively with the Champions team, when they engage with customers on social media platforms responding to comments, messages, and mentions, to ensure that the tone and words are coherent with Baubap’s brand voice.
  6. Social media metrics and social listening: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will drive accurate performance analysis, report on campaign performance, and continuously optimize the funnel based on observed metrics, and compared to competitors
  7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy is effective.
  8. Collaborate with other departments: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will collaborate with other departments, such as creative, growth, customer service and product development, to ensure that social media, PR and influencers content is integrated into the company's overall strategy.
  9. Respond to crises: The Content Manager (Social, PR, influencers) will be responsible for responding to social media crises, such as negative reviews or customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.


Outcomes

  • To plan all content in advance so that a team of creative designers and copywriters can have more clarity on the number of required creative assets in the next 30 or 60 days
  • Keep track of all published content and continuously measure, report and iterate based on what content works best and can be optimized in our social/own channels
  • Develop a relationship with PR agencies and influencers to be able to give a brief on what content works best for Baubap users
  • Collaborate effectively with the Creative and Growth teams, influencers and PR agencies to create content at all Baubap contact points with its users

Day to day

  • Create and manage content calendars across the following touchpoints: Social, PR, influencers
  • Keep track of the content from ideation to production and release, and collaborate effectively with Creative and Growth teams, providing insight on which content works best so Baubap can use it in different channels
  • Keep track of what is being said about Baubap on the media, and come up with ideas on how to enhance Baubap’s presence
  • Stay on top of trends and in-the-know of coming up influencers to find opportunities of collaboration to expand Baubap’s presence among their following
