The Position
We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as a Business Analyst. To consider this role you must be located in Latin America, we are looking for a highly-skilled, mission-driven individual with boundless drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation.
About the project
- GFT is currently the Lead Partner on JPMC Digital Transformation on different fronts including Thought Machine and Credit Cards. This is a position which will integrate the Credit Cards team. GFT has around 60 team members based primarily in Spain and US and also Brazil and Mexico
Responsibilities
- Interfunctional work within internal teams to solve and achive solutions to and for client's issues.
- Support the training process for new incoming clients/products.
- Work along with Product Owners to develop and prioritize the vision of the product in regards to Backlog and Operations.
- Daily colaboration within agile teams, clarifying details and responding to queries or questions in regards to direction or strategy, actively participating in Scrum Events and other planification activities as well.
- Develop, categorize and delete internal documentation.
- Observe data trendings that must show up and creat/maintain reports panels.
- Monitor the team performance and provide counseling in regards to any optimization needed in the process.
- Think independantly to achieve the solution for operative and technical issues.
Requirements
Who are you?
- 10-8 years of experience in the Banking Industry.
- English level at least C1.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst performing requirements gathering, elaboration, story creation, acceptance validation etc.
- Payments/Credit Cards projects experience.
- Understanding of technology areas like API, Swagger, Postman / SoapUI.
- Experience in the banking domain, specifically cards.
- Experience with DB and writing acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
- Experience working in agile methodologies.
- Leadership Skills.
Good to have:
- Experience with BDD frameworks like Karate or cucumber.
