We seek a highly skilled and experienced QA Manual Engineer with expertise in the insurance and annuity industry to join our team at Enroute. The QA Manual Engineer will ensure the quality of our software applications and processes throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes creating test cases, executing tests, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with the development team to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
•3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with specific experience in insurance and annuity software applications.
•Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages. C#
•Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute test cases for insurance and annuity software
applications.
•Ensure that all software meets the company's quality standards and
requirements.
•Identify and document defects, and work with the development team to
resolve issues.
•Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure all requirements
are thoroughly tested.
•Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
•Work closely with other QA Manual Engineer to ensure consistent testing
practices across all projects.
•Participate in reviewing and approving requirements, designs, and other
project deliverables.
•Provide feedback to development teams on usability, functionality, and
performance issues.
•Stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing and quality
assurance trends.
