Job Description

Our new state-of-the-art Call Center is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates! We are searching for an energetic recruiter with GREAT communication skills and the ability to play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to work for our growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
  • MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF RECRUITING EXPERIENCE.
  • Intermediate experience supporting multiple business units recruiting. High volume and/or call center recruiting experience preferred.
  • Fully bilingual.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and social media platforms.
