The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as an enabler of technology to implement WorkDay and ensure back-end administration functions are working as expected. This position provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resource back-end administrators regarding the WorkDayapplication, including but not limited to; integrations, reporting and data conversation.

- Design and configure WorkDay’s Applicant Tracking System, Core HCM, Absence, Benefits,
- Time Tracking, Payroll, Learning Management System, and Prism.
- Integral part of the team that implements WorkDay and maintains the system after go live.
- Assist in report and dashboard development for the implementation of WorkDay and manage after go live.
- Provide testing support for integrations, data conversion, reporting, and any additional functional testing needed.
- Lead bi-annual WorkDay updates.
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of WorkDayexperience including configuring and building integrations
- and reporting.
- Experience in building custom reports and dashboard in WorkDay.
- Experience creating calculated fields and condition rules in WorkDay.
- Experience in designing, configuring, testing and deploying changes in WorkDay.
- Experience in configuring any of the following modules in WorkDay; Applicant Tracking
- System, Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking Payroll, Learning Management System, and Prism.
