Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our organization's projects to success. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management best practices, agile methodologies, formal training on PMBOK or PMI, and relevant certifications as a plus. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements and scope.
• Establish project governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers, and contribute to the development of project management best practices and standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, including experience in managing complex projects using agile methodologies.
• Formal training on PMBOK or PMI.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
