Job Description
We are seeking an AI Technology Leader with a deep understanding of AI, deep learning, prompt engineering on various LLMs, and computer science principles to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize MathGPT as a scalable AI tutor for STEM subjects, ensuring students gain mastery over the subject matter.The Core Job- Develop and fine-tune AI models to create a seamless and effective online tutoring experience
- Collaborate with ML engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to innovate within the AI tutoring field
- Design dynamic prompts to enable concept teaching, problem-solving walkthroughs, personalized assistance, etc
- Stay current with AI advancements and implement best practices in our technology
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Must Have- Expertise in AI, deep learning, LLMs, prompt engineering, and web based product development
- Solid understanding of computer science principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams
Extra Bonus- Experience or familiarity with online tutoring and understanding how an excellent online tutor interacts with students
- Passion for STEM education and a desire to make a positive impact on the learning experience
